Scrambled eggs topped with smoked salmon and fresh scallions
This is a low-calorie , protein packed, filling breakfast or lunch meal idea not to mention how simple and easy it is to prepare.
What do you need:
Smoked salmon – 1 pouch (120 calories)
1 thin slice of butter
Salt, pepper, dill weed, parsley (according to taste)
Mix the eggs with the salt, pepper, dill weed and parsley . Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the eggs , mix with a fork (i used a special one for the non stick pan) until cooked. Put everything on a plate, top with the smoked salmon, sprinkle the chopped scallion on top and done!
To me that was fast and delicious. If you are not a fan of dill weed or parsley you can just skip it. 🙂
