If you’re not sure about the amount of calories you should consume check this one out

I found this calorie calculator issued by the USDA. It’s hard to know how much you should consume in order to lose or to maintain weight and this is a pretty good one to start with. It’s more accurate as it requires more details from you.

It even gives you a meal plan and you can set up goals.

When you look for it on the web many of the addresses you can find  it at are no longer functional so I found the right one and wanted to share with you. For example, in order for me to lose the amount of weight I want in the time frame I want I should consume 1600 calories which is not bad at all.

The only problem is that I couldn’t find it as an app so I can use it on my phone, (mybe I didn’t look well enough) but at least I got a clue on the information I wanted and to keep track of my calories I just use MyFitnessPal.
