Made high protein ( added 1 scoop of vanilla protein) lemon ricotta pancakes and kale frothy smoothie ( kale, water, pineapple and watermelon) . The best part was squeezing some fresh lemon juice in the maple syrup !🤗 These were so filling I could only eat 1/2 of this portion. 😋👌
#healthybreakfast Sometimes I do breakfast right and sometimes I don’t. This was one of the good ones and it reminded me of summer breakfast in Romania , where toast with fresh cheese and sliced tomatoes , cucumbers or radishes feels just right. 🤗 Goat cheese, tomatoes and parsley flakes on rye crisp bread and my almost every morning grapefruit was on spot. 😋❤️

I prefer it hot even in the summer but from time to time I would drink something cold with the condition to be delicious and not too sweet. Made this pineapple, matcha fizzy drink and it was delicious. Recipe: 1/2 tsp organic premium matcha that I first stirred with a small hand mixer in 1/4 cup warm water , about 100 ml Perrier sparkling mineral water , 100 ml , 100% pineapple juice and added some pieces of frozen pineapple instead of ice cubes. 👍🏻😋

I find healthy meals delicious but I find less healthy meals delicious as well. I can eat bitter, sweet, sour , spicy , salty and the combinations of the above. This is beneficial for a diverse palette and that I can try mostly everything but also detrimental as I can not settle for a certain diet . The fear of missing out on a potentially interesting flavor or dish keeps me away from the ability of saying “no” to certain foods which otherwise would keep me on a healthier track . I’m not food driven but I’m curiosity driven . So here I am, trying to figure out my true relationship with food over a bowl of grilled Parmesan zucchini.🤪🤷🏻♀️😊

I really love it on top of my favorite Plain Greek yogurt . This breakfast has lots of fat but it’s the good kind. 😉😋🤗 -Vanilla poppy seed grain free granola ; - Maple Hill Organic Whole Milk Greek Yogurt ( 15g protein and it’s creamy and not too sour ).
