You ate it and it made you happy in that moment, why throw that happy moment away and feel awful for the rest of the day? It doesn’t solve anything. Own your desires, own your flaws , if you are on a diet or want to slim down you have the rest of the day or next day to make better choices . So stop guilting yourself for a piece of cake and worry more about showing love and compassion towards yourself.

This little concoction works wonders on pains and cramps caused by gallbladder malfunctioning which I’m dealing with . A real natural savior. You only need 1tsp ACV in a glass of 100% apple juice. Made high protein ( added 1 scoop of vanilla protein) lemon ricotta pancakes and kale frothy smoothie ( kale, water, pineapple and watermelon) . The best part was squeezing some fresh lemon juice in the maple syrup !🤗 These were so filling I could only eat 1/2 of this portion. 😋👌
#healthybreakfast Sometimes I do breakfast right and sometimes I don’t. This was one of the good ones and it reminded me of summer breakfast in Romania , where toast with fresh cheese and sliced tomatoes , cucumbers or radishes feels just right. 🤗 Goat cheese, tomatoes and parsley flakes on rye crisp bread and my almost every morning grapefruit was on spot. 😋❤️
